Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring GA or compact RN license.

The role features 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week), with every other weekend and floating across similar units. A GA/compact RN license and vaccination or approved declination are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active GA or compact RN license required.
• COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
• 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Float as needed among like units
• No radius rule in place
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
• Former permanent employees must have been separated for at least 90 days to return as a traveler
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required (booster not currently required)
