Job summary

Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient-centered care at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating care with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment and education, and perform triage as needed.
