Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care across the care continuum at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo, Fargo, ND. You will use the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and plan and evaluate patient care in line with state regulations.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating various nursing interventions to meet patient needs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state or multi-state licensure (NLC).
• Maintains department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to provide individualized care across all stages of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care planning, patient assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions.
