Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and to collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

You will assess patients, plan and coordinate care, educate families, triage urgent needs, and perform a wide range of nursing interventions across preventive care, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. A BSN is preferred; an unencumbered RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
