Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process and to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves planning, triage, patient education, and coordinating care across the continuum in an on-site setting.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree, an active RN license, and participates in ongoing competencies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Cares for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up; coordinates care and patient education.
