Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (or multistate licensure).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care and educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum.
• Triage and coordinate patient care as needed.
