Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities. The RN will provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care for patients across the continuum.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage and coordinating various nursing interventions, with practice governed by the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and Standards established by applicable regulatory bodies.
