Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing opportunities in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to deliver individualized care, collaborating with physicians and teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the continuum.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Possesses or is eligible for multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Must obtain and maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Provide care across the continuum including health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinate care planning, patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
