Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Glover, VT. This full-time travel contract offers a weekly pay of $2,066 and requires a VT RN license or a valid Compact/NLC license.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active RN license in Vermont or eligible via Compact/NLC.
• BLS certification required.
• LTC/SNF or geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical and health assessments; monitor residents for changes.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per orders and facility protocols.
• Provide wound care and pressure ulcer prevention strategies.
• Elevate acute changes and update care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with physicians, PT/OT, and social workers.
• Document all care in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and families on disease management and safety.
