This full-time travel assignment features a 40-hour week with a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts, with every-other weekend. BLS and an RN license (VT or compact) are required, plus LTC/SNF experience and strong documentation in EHR.

Position Overview

Are you a compassionate, highly skilled Travel RN looking for your next assignment in Vermont? We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team in Glover, VT. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. You will focus on managing chronic conditions, conducting comprehensive health assessments, administering treatments, and collaborating closely with physicians, therapists, and families to maintain the comfort, safety, and dignity of our residents.

Location: Glover, VT

Pay: $2,066.00 / week

Job Type: Full-time, Travel / Contract

Schedule & Hours

• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours per week (Combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts)
• Shifts:
  • Two (2) 12-hour shifts: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • Two (2) 8-hour day shifts
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Licensure

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• Licensure: Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the State of Vermont (or active Compact/NLC RN license)

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Certified Geriatric Nurse (CGN) or similar gerontology credential preferred

Experience & Skills

• Proven clinical experience in a long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), or geriatric care setting
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical documentation systems
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to seamlessly step into a travel nursing assignment
