Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC) for Glover, VT. This travel assignment requires 40 hours a week with a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts and every-other-weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Active Vermont RN license (or compact license).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in LTC/SNF or geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical and health assessments.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy.
• Provide wound care and pressure ulcer prevention.
• Update care plans with interdisciplinary team.
