Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking fantastic travel nurses for 12-hour shifts in a 13-week contract with renewable options. We offer competitive pay: $45.00/hr for LPN and $50.00/hr for RN, plus a housing stipend.

Positions are in long-term care settings, with multi-state licensure welcomed. New grads are encouraged to apply and will be trained. On-site interviews are available for immediate consideration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all staff regarding quality of services.
• Provide direct resident care and administer medications timely and according to policy; transcribe physician orders when allowed.
• Manage nursing personnel on shift to limit overtime and agency use.
• Assess work performance of nursing staff relative to unit standards.
• Conduct regular shift meetings and provide updates to DON.
