Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care seeks a traveling RN for a 13-week assignment in Maple City, Michigan. The role covers long-term care nursing with duties including coordinating care plans, administering meds, and supervising nursing staff. Start date is 09/24/2026 with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Required: one year LTC RN experience, active RN license, and BLS/CPR. ACLS preferred; other certifications may be needed per facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes to ensure well-being.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with residents and care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating as needed.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic conditions.
• Document care and progress in a timely manner.
