Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Long Term Care RN for a 4-week travel assignment in Lakefield, MN. You will provide skilled nursing care in a LTC facility, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support residents’ health and well-being.

The role requires a current RN license, at least 1 year of LTC experience, and BLS/CPR certification, with ACLS preferred. You’ll enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and weekly support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in long-term care.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and changes; take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor for changes; report to provider as needed.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; ensure quality care.
• Educate residents and families about medications and conditions.
• Document care and patient progress in a timely manner.
