Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Williston, North Dakota. You\'ll join a supportive clinical team and enjoy a competitive pay package. The role requires one year of LTC RN experience, valid ND license, and current BLS.
ACLS is preferred and additional certifications may be required by facilities. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO after 1560 hours, 401(k) matching, licensure and CEU
Qualifications
- One year of recent RN experience in Long Term Care.
- Valid RN license that complies with ND regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and adjust care plans.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with residents, families, and care team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
- Document care provided and resident progress in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams when needed.
