Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week travel assignment in Winnemucca, NV. The role includes 36 hours per week with night shifts, delivering skilled nursing care in a LTC facility.

Required: 1 year of RN LTC experience, valid RN license, and BLS/CPR. ACLS preferred. You will join a collaborative clinical team with competitive pay and benefits for a travel assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and take action to ensure well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Observe for medication reactions and report concerns to the provider.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately.
