Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Fairfield, ME, starting 09/28/2026. The role involves skilled nursing care, collaboration with a clinical team, and a focus on resident-centered care. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel status.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in long-term care
• RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes to ensure well-being
• Develop and update personalized care plans with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs and delegate tasks
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic conditions
• Document care and patient progress in electronic records
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and staff for coordinated care
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
