Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Glendale, CA. The role includes a 12-hour day shift totaling 36 hours per week, with opportunity to impact resident health and well-being.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of LTC RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS. ACLS preferred. Benefits include competitive pay, day-one coverage, PTO, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in long-term care
• Active RN license compliant with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to read/write in English and communicate effectively
• Physical ability to lift/move equipment (50–100 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and respond to changes in condition
• Develop and update individualized care plans with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks
• Document care and patient progress in a timely manner
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and staff for coordinated care
