Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care seeks a travel RN for a 13-week assignment in Truth or Consequences, NM. The LTC RN will provide skilled nursing care in a facility, overseeing care plans, administering treatments, and coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes.
• Develop and update personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Observe for medication reactions or changes and report to provider.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures.
