Travel Long Term Care RN: 13-week assignment starting 10/12/2026, 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts. Requirements include 1 year LTC RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS/CPR certification. ACLS preferred. Competitive benefits and dedicated clinical support.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience in a long-term care setting.
• Active RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor for changes, and act to ensure well-being.
• Develop and update personalized care plans with care team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Document care and patient progress accurately.
