Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in California. The role requires a CA RN license and recent L&D experience, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on 12-hour schedules.

You will provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit, using Epic EMR, and work on a 36-hour week. Travel and housing benefits are included, with competitive pay and per diem options for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• CA RN license must be active at time of consideration.
• BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent L&D experience within the last 3 years; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Labor & Delivery unit care in a hospital setting.
• Night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; 12-hour shifts.
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment.
• Uses Epic EMR for patient records.
• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery.

• 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
