Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Kentucky. Requires 2+ years of acute care experience and current EFM certification. Licensure must be active in KY or a compact state.

• Night shift from 6:45p-7:15a, every other weekend required
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 36 hours weekly
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care using a family-centered care model
• Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Participate in quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide patient and family education throughout care and at discharge
