Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night shift assignment in Florida. This role requires active FL or compact RN licensure and at least two years of L&D experience to manage direct patient care in a busy unit.

Responsibilities include night shifts 7pm–7am, 36 guaranteed hours per week, and a six-week weekend rotation. Travel-friendly benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered. COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination is required.

Qualifications

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Triage experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Labor and Delivery unit setting
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a), 4 shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement of 6 shifts per 6-week schedule
• No on-call requirements
• Floating only to Mother Baby unit if needed
• Provide direct patient care within the Labor and Delivery unit
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate
• No radius rule in place
• Permanent employees must be separated from employment for 90 days before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required; booster not currently required
