American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position in Alaska requiring 3+ years of recent L&D experience and an active AK RN license. Travel nursing experience is preferred.

The role includes a 17-bed LDRP unit with ~80 deliveries per month, 12-hour night shifts, and frequent floating. Free housing is provided for one occupant; travel, licensure reimbursements, and CEUs are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active AK RN license required or must begin application within 24 hours of acceptance.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring certifications required.
• 3+ years of recent Labor and Delivery experience in a hospital setting.
• Recent experience with postpartum, couplet care, and circulating for C-Sections required.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• 5+ years of RN experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a 17-bed LDRP unit with ~80 deliveries per month.
• RNs work across labor, postpartum, couplet care, and triage.
• 12-hour night shifts.
• Floating to all departments as needed.
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period.

• Up to 14 days of RTO may be requested with constraints.
• Candidates must reside 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks.
