Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Travel RN - Labor & Delivery for a 13-week onsite assignment in Smyrna, TN. Night shift, 12 hours per day, three days per week. The role offers weekly stipends and base pay with required RN, ACLS, AWHONN, BLS and NRP certifications including fetal monitoring.

You will circulate in OR, handle IUPC and FSE, manage MgSO4 and pp hemorrhage, and work closely with a dedicated CRNA, midwife, and OB/GYN to support safe labor and vaginal birth choices.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Advanced skills: spinning babies helpful, STABLE also helpful
• Certifications Required: RN, ACLS, AWHONN, BLS, NRP. Fetal monitoring

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care to laboring patients and support patient choice for vaginal birth when possible.
• Circulate in OR, manage IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, and postpartum hemorrhage management.
• Collaborate with CRNA, midwife, and OB/GYN on a 24/7 in-house team.

• Patient Ratios : 1-2
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Unit Secretary and scrub tech, dedicated CRNA & midwife in-house 24/7, OBGYN on call
• Type of equipment :
• Documentation system: CPN and Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts/month
• Floating policy: can float to m/b or outside department to task
• Patient Experience requirements: Remain above 75%
