Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery. Assignment starts 8/24/2026 for 13 weeks, onsite in Chattanooga, TN. Shift is 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12 hours, three days per week. Requires active Compact or Tennessee RN license, BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP, and at least 2 years of L&D experience. Manager interview required.

This travel position offers weekly stipends and base pay, with immediate start and a focus on delivering high-quality maternal care.
