Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, including education, triage, and follow-up as patients move through the care continuum.
• Demonstrate nursing competencies within applicable standards and scope of practice.
