Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments, primarily in underserved communities across the country. You’ll perform nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure coordinated patient care and education.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience plus six months of travel experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an RN license and meets state requirements.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months travel experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage and follow-up.
• Deliver care across preventative, diagnostic, and treatment phases.
