Description

American Traveler is hiring a Neuro-ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ICU experience and TN/compact RN licensure.

Details

Patient ratios of 2:1, with 1:1 or 3:1 depending on acuity and staffing
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Self-scheduling with manager adjustments to balance shifts
Uses ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 equipment
Unit secretary staffed during dayshift with occasional nurse extern support
Contract labor floats first, including to med/surg when needed
