American Traveler is hiring an ICU RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a CA RN license and recent critical care experience.

The role includes 12-hour night shifts, working in a hospital ICU, with Epic EMR documentation and active credentials required. Local candidates are eligible, and travel opportunities may apply. A supportive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within the last 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
• 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide critical care nursing services to ICU patients.
• Licenses and certifications must be active at the time of consideration; pending credentials not accepted.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates.
