American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for night shift in Louisville, KY. Requires 2+ years of acute inpatient ICU experience and Epic proficiency.

Active KY or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS/ NIHSS, and Nursing Diploma or ASN are required. Assignment runs 36 hours per week on a 13-week cycle with weekend shifts.

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of acute inpatient ICU RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required

Responsabilités

• Work in the Intensive/Critical Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45pm-7:15am, three days per week
• Every other weekend required
• 36 hours per week on a 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic EMR
• Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions
• Provide patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff while mentoring and precepting team members
• Participate in quality, safety, and service process improvement initiatives
• Comply with regulatory standards and practice governance model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and family needs
