Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week acute care assignment in Indiana. IN or compact RN license required, 2+ years of critical care, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certs.

You will work 3x12s (0700–1930) in a 36-bed ICU with patient ratios from 1:2 to 1:30, using Cerner EMR. Navy blue scrubs required. Generous housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and day-1 benefits included.

Qualifications

• Active IN or compact RN license currently in hand.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care experience.
• BSN not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Care for respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB patients.
• Maintain patient safety with 1:2 to 1:30 nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Operate Cerner EMR and collaborate with the care team.
• 3x12 hour day shifts: 0700–1930; self-scheduling.
• Occasional float to stepdown ICU as needed.
• Navy blue scrubs required.

• Patient population includes respiratory, trauma, neuro, cardiac, renal, and OB diagnoses
• Patient ratios range from 1:2 up to 1:30
• Uses Cerner EMR
• 3x12 hour day shifts, 0700-1930, with self-scheduling
• 3 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule (Saturday and Sunday for day shift)
• Floating to stepdown unit possible
• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Navy blue scrubs required
