Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an ICU RN for a hospital assignment in Georgia. The ideal candidate holds an active GA or Compact RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, and at least 18 months of ICU experience.

EPIC EMR experience should be reflected in the work history. Night shifts are 3x12-hour blocks (36 hours per week) with no on-call requirements. The role requires residency beyond 50 miles from the facility and offers a generous housing allowance, travel and licensure

Qualifications

• Active GA or Compact RN license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 18 months of ICU experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience reflected in work history.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week.
• No on-call requirements.
• Uses EPIC EMR system.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted.
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility.
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday.
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per assignment.
