Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for a night shift in Massachusetts. An active MA RN license, a minimum of 2 years ICU experience, and current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Epic charting experience is required, and candidates must pass an EKG test with two references from a Nurse Manager or higher. Responsibilities include ICU care for medical ICU patients on a 3x12 hour night schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), with every other weekend and holiday.

• Epic charting experience required
• Must pass EKG test
• Two references from Nurse Manager or higher

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU, primarily medical ICU patients
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Must have flexibility to start 4 hours before or after scheduled time
• Float to Extended Care Unit as needed
• Uses Epic charting system
• Scheduling based on unit needs; no block schedules
• No on-call requirements
• Provide critical care nursing to medical ICU patients
• Candidates with prior nursing license infractions cannot be considered
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the facility
