Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float team and travel to multiple Benedictine facilities across the region to provide compassionate care to residents.

The RN Float delivers and supervises nursing care, develops care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with inter-disciplinary teams. Current RN licensure in good standing is required; strong communication and English skills are essential. Casual shifts available in North Dakota with travel to Garrison.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing.
• Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
