Job summary

Molina Talent Acquisition seeks a skilled clinical review professional to conduct facility site reviews and related assessments. You will work under leadership to evaluate compliance with local, state, and federal requirements, document outcomes, and assist in program improvements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with providers, creating reports, and delivering education and resources to promote access to services.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related clinical/quality review experience.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• For California: CSR certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-75% of the time; some overnight travel 0-30%.
• Ability to work across diverse settings and a matrixed organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite, virtual and desktop facility site reviews and related assessments.
• Review and audit provider quality programs, processes, and policies.
• Document discussions and findings in FSR files and databases.
• Coordinate information and findings between leadership, staff and customers.
• Contribute to reports and documentation of review outcomes.
• Provide education and resources to providers to improve compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and compliance.
