Job summary

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• California CSR certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of taking position.
• Valid driver's license and ability for travel 50-75% of the time.
• Ability to work across diverse settings and maintain professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Conducts onsite, virtual and desktop facility site reviews, medical record reviews, and focused reviews.
• Completes reviews using applicable assessment tools and regulations/policies.
• Reviews and audits provider quality programs, processes, and policies.
• Documents discussions and findings in facility site review files and databases.
• Coordinates information between leadership, staff and customers.
• Develops reports and ensures proper document collection throughout the review process.
• Assists with quality interventions program documentation and updates.
