Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for a high-acuity Emergency Department in Massachusetts. The role requires MA RN licensure, current BLS and ACLS, and at least 2 years of ED or ICU experience.

You will work in a large 118-bed ED with a typical 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, on a 3x12s (36 hrs/week) schedule, with no on-call requirements. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and free online CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of ED or ICU experience required, post-orientation.
• Strong critical care skills and adaptability required.
• Comfort managing complex, unstable patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a large, high-acuity 118-bed emergency department.
• Diverse patient population including behavioral health, boarding patients, and critically ill/ICU-level cases.
• NOC shift, 3x12s totaling 36 hrs/week (4x12 schedules also available).
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Care for a mixed-acuity population ranging from behavioral health to critical/ICU-level patients.
• Work as part of a Flex Team supporting emergency care operations.
• Must be comfortable in a dynamic, high-volume ED setting.
