Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Kansas. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, with Level IV trauma center experience. Active KS or Compact RN license and two years ER experience are mandatory. References, driver’s license, and SSN are required for consideration.

Shift is days, 3x12s from 7:00 to 19:00, with every other weekend and holidays. Cerner charting experience is preferred, and RTO must be submitted at application.

Qualifications

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA certifications only).
• Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required.
• Experience at a Level IV trauma center required.
• Two professional references required for consideration.
• Copy of driver’s license and Social Security card required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital environment.
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 to 19:00.
• Required to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Provide emergency nursing care across a range of patient acuities.
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration.
• Pending license accepted for consideration.
