Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift contract in Kansas. The role requires 2 years of ER experience and multiple specialty certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS and TNCC.

A KS State or Compact RN license is required, along with one professional reference. The position features a 3x12 hour night schedule, potential float to other units, and a rotation plan based on department needs.

Qualifications

• Active KS State or Compact RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NIHSS and TNCC certifications.
• One professional reference required.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Set schedule rotation, typically 3 shifts in a row depending on departmental needs.
• Every other weekend required, with occasional back-to-back weekends communicated in advance.
• Travelers may be required to float to different units.
• Accepts local candidates at the same pay rate with no radius restriction.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
