American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN with adult and pediatric trauma background for a travel assignment on a night shift. Candidates must have an active RN license and travel nursing experience.

The role covers a combined ED setting with 1:4 patient ratios, 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and an initial 13-week assignment with weekend requirements. Competitive pay, housing assistance, and broader travel benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (State or Compact) required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience.
• Combined adult/pediatric ER experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, CPI.
• TNCC certification preferred.
• ICP monitoring experience preferred.
• Triage skills preferred.
• Two professional references required.
• PDF copies of driver's license and SSN required.

Responsibilities

• Care in combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Department setting.
• Patient ratios of 1:4.
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Every other weekend shift required.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Provide emergency care across general and neurological patient populations.
• Complete pre-start and annual training modules averaging 4–6 hours, tracked through the facility's Net Learning portal.
