Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment in New Hampshire. The role requires recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Responsibilities include staffing a 21-bed ED, utilizing telemedicine, and adhering to a 36-hour week with every other weekend. Travel-friendly, with housing and licensure support available.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent ED experience.
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience within last 2 years.
• Active NH RN license or Compact license with residency proof.

Responsibilities

• Staff a 21-bed ED with a 4-bed behavioral health pod and specialty rooms.
• Utilize telemedicine for neurology and emergency medicine consultations.
• Night shift, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend.
• Rotating holidays; first-time travelers welcome; reside outside a 75-mile radius.

Job description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift assignment requiring recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience and an active NH or compact RN license.

Requirements

• Active NH RN License or Compact License with proof of state residency required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC certification preferred
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent ED experience
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience within the last 2 years required
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• 21-bed Emergency Department with a 4-bed behavioral health pod, private OB specialty room, and 2 trauma/resuscitation bays
• Utilizes telemedicine to consult with neurology and emergency medicine specialists
• Night shift schedule (7p-7a or 11p-11a) at 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Rotating holidays required
• First time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Local candidates are not accepted for this position
