Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks an ER RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Arizona. Candidates must hold an active AZ RN license with ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS and TNCC, and have at least 2 years of RN experience (1+ year ER).

Must have a valid driver's license, no major employment gaps in the last year, and be willing to reside outside a 50-mile radius. Housing allowance and travel reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Active AZ or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, with 1+ year in ER.
• Certifications ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS and TNCC; certifications must not expire within 30 days of start.
• No employment gaps 90+ days in past 12 months.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Night shift 3:00 PM–3:30 AM.
• 13-week assignment.
• Patient ratio 4:1; may float as needed.
• Emergency Services unit with 23 beds.
• RTO requests under 1 week; blackout Labor Day period.
• EMR: MedHost EDIS; black scrubs required.

Requirements

• Active AZ or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with 1+ years in the ER specialty
• Current certifications required: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and TNCC
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
• No employment gaps of 90+ days in the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted

Responsibilities

• Emergency Services unit with 23 beds
• Night shift, 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• May float as needed
• EMR: MedHost EDIS
• Black scrubs required
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Labor Day is a required holiday with RTO blackout
• Maximum RTO of 1 weekend
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
