American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Iowa. Requires 2+ years of Cath Lab experience and an active IA or compact RN license. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Operate in Cath Lab unit at a Level 3 Trauma Center
• 13-week assignment with day shift 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses
• On call 10–12 days per month
• Shared weekend coverage among team members
• Use Epic EMR for documentation
• Contribute clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Limited to 1 day off request during major holidays
• Past UnityPoint Health employees are not eligible to work travel in another market within 12 months

Requirements

• Active Iowa (IA) or compact RN license required
• 2+ years of Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
• Skills checklist specific to discipline required
• Supervisory reference form completed within the last two years required
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit at a Level 3 Trauma Center
• 13-week assignment with day shift schedule, 5x8s, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• Required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• On call 10-12 days per month
• Shared weekend coverage among team members
• Uses Epic EMR
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
• Limited to 1 day off request during the Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year holiday periods
• Past UnityPoint Health employees (FTE or PRN float pool) are not eligible to work travel in another market within 12 months
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
