Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a regional hospital serving 22 counties in northern Lower Michigan and eastern Upper Peninsula.
• Day shift: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (07:00–17:30).
• Weekend call required: Friday 17:30 through Monday 07:00.
• On-call: 1 night per week and roughly every 4th–6th weekend.
• Strict attendance policy; extensions may be reviewed for documented illness or hospitalization.
• Local candidates within 35 miles are considered local travelers and may receive a reduced rate.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of cath lab experience and an active MI RN license.

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required at time of submission, compact license not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of RN Cath Lab experience required
• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a regional hospital serving 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the eastern Upper Peninsula
• Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week (0700-1730)
• Weekend call required from Friday 1730 through Monday 0700
• On-call responsibilities include 1 night per week and approximately every 4th-6th weekend
• Facility enforces a strict 3-stripe attendance policy; more than 20 minutes late or absent from a scheduled shift 3 times results in immediate termination, though exceptions may be reviewed for documented communicable disease or hospitalization
• No more than 5 days of RTO can be requested
• Local candidates within a 35 mile radius are considered local travelers and subject to a reduced rate
