Candidate must have BLS, 1+ year acute care, and 1+ year case management experience, with two supervisor references. Local candidates are welcome; EMSA license not accepted.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted).
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience required.
• At least 1 year full-time equivalent experience in case management within the past 2 years.
• Epic EMR experience required and must be reflected in work history.
• Two supervisor references required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Case Management unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• ASAP start available.
• Responsibilities may include patient teaching, scheduling, telephone triage, and specimen collection within an oncology-focused setting.
• No RTO permitted within the first two weeks of the assignment.
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract is highly preferred, and all RTO must be submitted upfront and cannot be changed after submission.
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate.
• Previous employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler.
• Manager interviews may or may not be conducted as part of the hiring process.
