Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The RN will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Eligibility includes 1 year of experience, at least 6 months of travel experience, and a requirement to live at least 60 miles from the location. Contracts run for 14 weeks with extension options and weekly pay with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage and a range of nursing interventions.
