Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND seeks experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments. The role covers full nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and care teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.
Multistate licensure if in an NLC state is acceptable.
Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing practice and appropriate age/population standards.
Coordinate patient planning, assessment, education, triage and interventions.
