Solutions By Sanford is seeking an RN for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The Registered Nurse will provide patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate care across settings. Requires an accredited nursing program graduate and an active RN license; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Contracts run for 14 weeks with extension options. Weekly pay includes stipends; Sanford benefits apply. Must reside within travel distance of the assignment location.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Perform patient assessment, education, triage, and varied nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing as defined by state regulations.
