Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 14-week travel assignment in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, collaborating with a broad health care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing degree with an RN license, prior travel experience, and are within 60 miles of the assignment site. Sanford offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs; multi-state licensure if NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Perform patient assessment, education, triage and various nursing interventions.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and state rules governing practice.
